Petit Gâteau Eau de Parfum

This reminds me of my all time favorite almond tea cake. It has a perfectly sweetened marzipan flavor, and I like to slice it in half and add fresh strawberries and whipped cream. I’m extra lucky because I don’t have to choose between wearing this scent and eating the real thing. Definite Safe blind buy for any almond & gourmand lovers.

I had to let this one grow on me. At first it confused me, I was expecting something sweeter like vanilla cake as opposed to a flaky, buttery croissant with honey drizzled on top. However after giving this one time (And myself) it’s absolutely gorgeous. Just don’t expect something tooth achingly sweet, it’s subtle and that’s the beauty of it. I will say that longevity of this scent isn’t great, here for a good time, not a long time. But layer it with a vanilla lotion/mist, moi. Perfection!

From a little girl, I have always loved all things vanilla. Vanilla candles in the fall/winter, Vanilla cake and vanilla bean ice cream in the spring/summer. I have memories of my dad smoking a pipe with vanilla scented tobacco pluming out the top. This creator has brought my childhood into my adulthood with a fragrance that brings memories of my past into my present. Thank you for the journey I get to experience each time I wear this delightful perfume!

this may be my new go-to perfume. i ordered samples of this and pas de chat and they are both beautiful, well thought out vanillas, and i will be ordering full sizes of both. but this one really really does it for me. the way it dries down on my skin is so soft, warm, cozy, like the smell of fresh buttercream cake wafting in the breeze from a cafe down the street. its subtle but really something beautiful. super sweet owner too.

This perfume is incredible. I didn’t expect it to be this perfect. I’ve got about 100 fragrances and this is now in my top three. It’s sweet and vanilla heavy but balanced. I find it to have an incensy almost smokiness—it’s hard to describe but that’s what makes me like it so much. I would bathe in this if I could, ha. The only downside is it’s more of a skin scent. I do wish it projected more but this is close to perfect
